All requests must be received 30 days prior to the event to allow for processing, scheduling and staffing the event.
Appropriate event requests include, but are not limited to:
- Community events, health & safety fairs
- Participation in emergency preparedness activities such as fire and evacuation drills
Unfortunately, we are not able to participate in the following events:
- Privately hosted events including birthday parties or drive-by celebrations.
- Fundraisers or events to promote a business.
Please note: Due to rising call volumes, we are unable to accommodate every request. The event may be canceled at the last minute with no notification due to emergency response or firefighter training requirements. Thank you for your understanding.
