We do not have a dedicated secure fax line for records requests. If you have our old fax number, it is no longer connected. 

The preferred method to request records is through the portal. However, in compliance with RCW 42.56, you may submit a public records request through any of the following methods:

• By email: publicrecords@southsnofire.org
• By regular mail: South County Fire Public Records Officer, 12425 Meridian Ave. S. Everett, WA 98208
• In person: South County Fire Headquarters, 12425 Meridian Ave. S, Everett WA 98208, during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Closed holidays.
