• This line is operated by Snohomish County 911.
• Expect to be placed in a queue until a 911 dispatcher is available to answer your call. Dispatchers handle both 911 and non-emergency calls.

Cities in our service area ban the sale AND the use of fireworks.

Fireworks sales are still allowed in unincorporated southwest Snohomish County where their use has been banned since 2021. That will change in 2025. The Snohomish County Council on May 16, 2024 voted to ban sales where fireworks use is already prohibited.  The ban on sales won’t start until next year because any fireworks ordinance that is more restrictive than state law cannot take effect until one year after adoption.

Free Fireworks Banned Here yard signs will be available for pick up the fire stations listed below between June 24 and June 28 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., while supplies last:

• Downtown Edmonds Fire Station
• Mariner Fire Station
• Hilltop Fire Station
• Mill Creek Fire Station
• Mountlake Terrace Fire Station
• Lynnwood Civic Center Station
