Fire Marshals
Fire marshals reduce community risks through fire codes, inspections and investigations.

- Go to the Snohomish County Property Search and enter your address number ands street in the Property Search Summary Search box. Select your address from the list of search results. Scroll down the page to the section titled Distribution of Current Taxes.
- If no city is listed, the Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s Office serves your address.
- If a city is listed, select your city fire marshal from the list below.
Compliance Reports
Service providers who inspect and test fire protection systems in the South County Fire service area must submit all required system testing reports through The Compliance Engine.

Central Monitoring Stations
Monitored fire protection systems provide early detection and response to minimize life hazards and building loss.
- Approved Central Monitoring Stations (PDF) for the cities of Brier, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek and Mountlake Terrace.
- South County Fire Policy and Application (PDF) to become an approved central monitoring station.
Tier II Hazardous Substances Reports
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) requires any facility that stores certain amounts of hazardous substances must submit a Tier II report to the local fire department by March 1 each year.
