Emergency Medical Call Reports

Patients: To request a copy of your report, you must present photo identification in person at South Snohomish County Fire & Rescue Headquarters, 12425 Meridian Ave., Everett WA 98208.

Attorneys and other agencies: To request a report on behalf of a client, submit a written request on letterhead along with authorization to release medical information signed by your client. Requests can be submitted:

Property Information

Hazardous spills response records are retained by the fire authority and may be requested through this page.

Underground storage tanks are not recorded with us. Contact the city or county where a property is located for information on storage tanks and past usage for hazardous materials.
